摘  要:结合云南省区域特点和优势,分析水电硅产业布局、污染物排放特征和治理水平、碳排放关键环节等方面,提出配套建设工业硅烟气负压除尘和脱硫脱硝措施,加强水电硅行业常规污染物深度净化有效控制,有机废气、氟化物、氯化氢等特征污染物重点防控,严格落实污染物等量和倍量减排。提高绿色能源利用结构是降碳的主要途径,同时实施设备“上大压小”、再生资源替代还原剂、推进技术革新降低电耗,也是碳减排的重要举措。Hydropower silicon industry arrangement,pollutant emission characteristics&treatment level,carbon emissions,and other critical links are analyzed and combined with the regional characteristics and advantages of Yunnan,it is proposed the supporting construction of industrial silicon flue gas negative pressure dust removal and desulfuration-denitration measures,in order to strengthen the effective control of deep purification of conventional pollutants in the hydropower silicon industry,to focus on the prevention and control of exhaust organic gas,fluoride,hydrogen chloride,and other characteristic contaminants,thereby,the equal and multiple emission reductions of pollutants can be implemented strictly.Improving the structure of green energy utilization is the main way to carbon reduction.Implementing the equipment"large equipment is better than small equipment"and using renewable resources to replace reducing agents promotes technical innovation and reduces power consumption.It is an important initiative for carbon reduction.
