摘  要:针对QBe2铍铜合金中气孔和夹杂问题,使用VIM制备自耗电极,再以P-ESR工艺显著降低了QBe2合金中的H、O、N含量,有效提升了QBe2棒材的品质。结果表明:通过VIM工艺控制电极中H、O元素含量,能够减少了电渣锭组织中的夹杂物;通过控制渣系内CaO的活度能有效降低电渣锭的N含量,提高合金纯净度;在保证电渣熔体流动性的前提下,通过氩气保护,可降低热辐射增氧以及控制渣料的不稳定氧化物。In response to the problems of the air hole and inclusion in the QBe2 beryllium copper alloy,the self-consumable electrode was prepared by VIM.The H,O,and N content in the QBe2 alloy was decreased obviously by using the P-ESR process,and the quality of the QBe2 bar was increased obviously.Results show:that H and O element content in the electrode can be controlled by the VIM process,the inclusion in electro slag ingot structure can be decreased;and N content in electro slag ingot can be effectively reduced by controlling the activities of CaO in slag system,thereby the purity of alloy can be increased;argon protection can be used to decrease the thermal radiation,increase oxygen,and control the unstable oxides in slag materials.
