摘　　要：针对硫精矿焙砂滤饼水份偏高的问题,进行了真空带式过滤机脱水试验研究,确定了供浆流量、供浆浓度、设备转速、真空抽排时间、排液方式等工艺参数,焙砂滤饼水份由33%降低至24.2%,降幅8.8%,氰化工艺药剂、含氰水处理节约的成本分别为477.468万元/a、1800元/d。In response to the issue of the high moisture content of sulfur concentrate roasting sand filter cake,this paper commences from the dehydration experiment study of vacuum belt filters.It confirms slurry flow rate,slurry concentration,equipment rotating speed,vacuum pumping time,drainage mode,and other parameters,then the moisture content in roasting sand filter cake was reduced from 33%to 24.2%,and the dropped up to 8.8%,the cost of cyanidation process agent is about 4,774,680 yuan/year,and the cost savings of cyanide-containing water treatment is about 1800 yuan/d.
