摘  要:针对铝合金深井铸造铝液遇水爆炸事故发生机理,通过工艺安全风险分析,对关键工艺参数偏差进行监测报警、联锁控制,稳定形成无缺陷的铸锭凝壳;配置应急电源、水源预防突发停电、停水时能持续铸造;安装液面监测、安全联锁装置,全过程监控液面、智能识别铝液流入深井风险,快速断开铝液和降低液面,防止大量铝液流入深井发生爆炸,能有效降低30%以上铝合金深井铸造重特大事故发生。Molten aluminum explodes when exposed to water in a deep well casting process,according to the accident occurrence mechanism,this paper commences with process safety risk analysis,the monitoring,alarming,and interlock control were carried out for critical process parameters deviation,then defect-free ingot-casting crust can be formed stably;an emergency power supply and water source should be offered to deal with sudden water outages and power outages,casting can be done continuously;Liquid level monitoring,a safety interlock device can be installed for whole-process monitoring of liquid level,intelligent recognition to avoid the risk that molten aluminum flows into a deep well,the molten aluminum can be quickly disconnected,and the liquid level can be reduced,to prevent explode caused by a large amount of molten aluminum flowing into a deep well,thus over 30%of major accidents of alloy aluminum deep well casting can be reduced effectively.
