摘　　要：在现代化城市建设过程中,房屋建筑始终是城市发展的重点,其关系着人们的生活质量与生命安全,所以要采用合理、严格的设计方案与施工技术,以确保房屋建筑工程的质量与使用性能。但是在实际的房屋建筑结构设计过程中,受设计人员考虑不充分等因素的影响,设计方案存在很多缺陷,会在极大程度上影响房屋建筑工程的建设质量。基于此,文章对房屋建筑结构的常见问题进行分析,并提出相应的优化措施,旨在保证建筑企业的综合效益。In the process of modern urban construction,housing construction has always been the focus of urban development,which is related to people's quality of life and safety.Therefore,reasonable and strict design schemes and construction techniques should be adopted to ensure the quality and performance of housing constructionprojects.However,in the actual process of building structure design,due to factors such as insufficient consideration by designers,there are many defects in the design scheme,which will greatly affect the construction quality of the building project.Based on this,the article analyzes common problems in building structures and proposes corresponding optimization measures to ensure the comprehensive benefits of construction enterprises.
