摘　　要：日军发动和实施细菌战是酝酿已久的战争阴谋。为了加强对华南地区的统治,日军“波”字8604部队在参谋本部的直接指挥下,以粤海关海港检疫所实施“检疫”之便,与伪广东省政府合谋对从中国香港等地返穗难民实施惨绝人寰的细菌大屠杀。在屠杀过程中,伪粤海关以及粤海关海港检疫所充当“工具”角色。这一罪行是日军在华实施细菌战的重要组成部分,是有组织、有预谋的国家犯罪,对于细菌战的深刻揭露有助于我们认清抗战时期伪海关的历史真相。The biological warfare launched and implemented by the Japanese invading army was a conspiracy which had been planned for a long time.In order to strengthen the rule over the southern part of China,the Unit 8604,a bacteria detachment of Japanese army,conspired with the Wang puppet regime to implement the biological warfare on the refugees returning from Hong Kong,China and other places through the Canton Customs Quarantine Station under the direct command of the General Staff Headquarters.During the horrific holocaust,the Puppet Canton Customs and the Quarantine Station acted as a tool to commit the crime.This organized deliberate national crime was the vital part of biological bacterial warfare implemented by the Japanese invading army in China.Uncovering the biological warfare is instrumental in exposing the truth of the puppet Customs during the War of Resistance against Japan.
