数字经济对医药制造业绿色生产效率的影响研究

摘　　要：在推进和拓展中国式现代化的进程中,数字经济作为新型经济形态与实体经济深度融合,已成为实体经济绿色变革的重要驱动力,或许也是应对医药制造业绿色发展所面临严峻挑战的重要突破口。基于绿色经济增长理论,在分析数字经济影响医药制造业绿色生产效率机理的基础上,根据中国31个省级行政区2000—2021年的面板数据,通过超效率SBM模型计算医药制造业绿色生产效率,构建双向固定效应模型实证考察数字经济对医药制造业绿色生产效率的影响。研究发现:数字经济发展能显著促进医药制造业绿色生产效率提高,此结论通过一系列稳健性检验后仍成立,然而数字经济对医药制造业绿色生产效率的影响存在区域异质性。因此,建议一方面政府要全面推动数字经济发展,助力医药制造业绿色生产效率提升;另一方面要根据实际情况,探索区域差异化的数字经济发展路径,提出动态监控和调控策略,推动区域医药制造业绿色协同发展。In the process of promoting and expanding Chinese-style modernization,digital economy,as a new type of economic form and the deep integration of the real economy,has become an important driving force for the green change of the real economy,and may be an important breakthrough to deal with the serious challenges of green development of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Based on the theory of green economic growth,on the basis of analyzing the mechanism of digital economy affecting the green production efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,we calculate the green production efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry through the super-efficiency SBM model based on the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2000 to 2021,and construct a bidirectional fixed-effects model to empirically investigate the digital economy’s green production efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.It is found that the development of digital economy can significantly promote the improvement of green production efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,and the conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests.However,the impact of digital economy on the green productivity of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is heterogeneous and more significant in the eastern region.The study can explore the new development of pharmaceutical green and stimulate the potential value of digital economy,which is of practical significance in promoting the green transformation of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
