摘　　要：维护党中央权威和集中统一领导是马克思主义政党的重大建党原则,其理论渊源来自马克思主义的政党权威理论和中国共产党人的无产阶级政党权威观。中国共产党在百余年斗争的历史进程中,始终高度重视维护党中央权威和集中统一领导,在实践中积累了一系列重要经验。其基本经验为:确立党的领导核心是维护党中央权威和集中统一领导的根本保证,完善和落实民主集中制是维护党中央权威和集中统一领导的重要法宝,处理好中央与地方的关系是维护党中央权威和集中统一领导的重要内容,加强党内法规和制度建设是维护党中央权威和集中统一领导的刚性保障。系统回顾与梳理中国共产党维护党中央权威和集中统一领导的百余年历程并进行理论概括,对在新时代做到“两个维护”,实现中华民族伟大复兴有重要的历史意义与现实价值。Upholding the authority of the CPC Central Committee and its centralized and unified leadership is a major principle of building a Marxist political party.Its theoretical origins stem from the Marxist theory of political party authority and the proletarian party authority concept of the CPC.In the historical process of more than a hundred years of struggle,the CPC has always attached great importance to upholding the authority of the CPC Central Committee and its centralized and unified leadership,and has accumulated a series of important experience in practice.Its basic experience is as follows:establishing the leadership core of the CPC is the fundamental guarantee for upholding the authority of the CPC Central Committee and its centralized and unified leadership;improving and implementing democratic centralism is an important tool for upholding the authority of the CPC Central Committee and its centralized and unified leadership;properly handling the relationship between the central and local governments is an important aspect of upholding the authority of the CPC Central Committee and its centralized and unified leadership;strengthening the construction of inner-Party regulations and systems is an organizational guarantee for upholding the authority of the CPC Central Committee and its centralized and unified leadership.A systematic review and theoretical summary of the centennial evolution of the CPC in upholding the authority of the CPC Central Committee and its centralized and unified leadership is of great historical significance and practical value for achieving“Two Upholds”in the new era and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
