摘 要:针对含有大量铝离子的磷酸蚀刻废液,研发一种溶剂萃取法脱除金属铝离子的工艺,优化了萃取工艺条件。在使用P-15萃取剂、磺化煤油与P-15萃取剂的质量比为2、萃取相比为4、萃取温度60℃、萃取时间30min条件下进行五级错流萃取,Al2O3萃取率能够达到58.68%,大幅提升了磷酸废液的价值,为未来磷酸废液的净化回收以及高值化利用提供了可行性。A solvent extraction method has been developed to remove aluminum ions from phosphoric acid etching waste solution which contains a large amount of aluminum ions,and the extraction process conditions have been optimized.Under the conditions of using P-15 extractant,sulfonated kerosene and P-15 extractant in a mass ratio of 2,extraction ratio of 4,extraction temperature of 60℃,and time of 30min,afivestagecross flow extraction is carried out,and the extraction rate of aluminum ions can reach 58.68%,greatly improving the value of phosphoric acid waste solution and providing feasibility for the purification,recovery and high-value utilization of phosphoric acid waste solution in the future.
