摘　　要：官场的政治生态裹挟着每一个入仕官员,他们的一举一动都要受其制约。吴廷举所处时代正是明朝中叶。从吴廷举的生平事例中可以看到,明中叶的政治生态正处在一个逐渐变革的时期,在“监阁体制”的逐渐完善下,内阁与内廷宦官的权势在全面增强,官僚群体分化为不同的官僚集团,为了自身的政治利益争斗不休,而朝堂外的讲学也为官僚士大夫的联合提供了途径和影响。吴廷举四十年仕宦生涯,始终在这样的政治生态中浮沉。The political ecology in the officialdom carried every official along,and their every move had to be restricted by it.Wu Tingju lived in the middle of the Ming Dynasty.It can be seen from his life story that the political ecology in the Middle Ming Dynasty was in a period of gradual change.With the gradual improvement of the“cabinet supervision system”,the power of the cabinet and eunuchs in the Inner Court was comprehensively enhanced,and the bureaucracy groups were divided into different groups,which fought endlessly for their own political interests.The lectures outside the court also provided the way and influence for the union of bureaucrats and literati.Wu Tingju’s forty years of up-and-down official career had always been in such a political ecology.
