我国城镇老年人医疗服务利用行为及影响因素研究

摘　　要：随着我国城镇化进程的推进,城镇老年人口逐年增加,关注城镇老年人的医疗服务利用行为及其影响因素,对提升医疗卫生服务利用率具有重要意义。基于2020年中国家庭追踪调查数据,以我国城镇老年人为研究对象,运用Stata 14.0软件对数据进行分析,发现我国城镇老年人存在身体状况与健康意识偏低,对医务人员信任度不高等问题。基于此,提出提升城镇老年人个人及家庭健康意识、增强城镇老年人对医务人员的信任度、加强分级诊疗制度的宣传、提升基层医疗服务水平等建议,以期实现医疗服务资源利用最大化。With the advancement of urbanization,the urban elderly population increases year by year.It is of great significance to pay attention to the medical service utilization behavior of the urban elderly and its influencing factors in order to improve the utilization rate of medical and health services.Based on the data of China’s household tracking survey in 2020,the study takes China’s urban elderly as the research objects,and analyzes the data of urban elderly people in China with Stata 14.0 software.There are problems in the low physical status and health consciousness of the elderly in urban areas in China,and low trust in medical staff,etc.Based on this,it is suggested to improve the individual and family health awareness of the urban elderly,enhance their trust in medical personnel,strengthen the publicity of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,and improve the level of primary medical service,so as to maximize the utilization of medical service resources.
