摘 要:呼吸衰竭(RF)是指机体因各种原因引起的呼吸系统功能障碍,导致的气体交换障碍,临床表现为缺氧、二氧化碳(CO_(2))潴留或酸碱平衡失调。血气分析参数反映了患者气体交换能力、酸碱平衡状态和呼吸代谢情况,不仅与患者疾病的严重程度相关,还与预后和生存率有着显著的关系。在RF等危重症患者的诊治过程中,动态监测血气分析参数成为临床的重要依据,为临床医生提供了更准确、及时的预后评估工具,有助于改善危重患者的治疗策略和生存质量,为预后评估及诊疗干预提供参考。Respiratory failure(RF)refers to respiratory system dysfunction caused by various reasons,resulting in gas exchange disorders.The clinical manifestations of RF are hypoxia,carbon dioxide(CO_(2))retention or acid-base imbalance.Blood gas analysis reflect the gas exchange capacity,acid-base balance status and respiratory metabolism of patients.It is not only related to the severity of the patient's disease,but also has a significant relationship with the prognosis and survival rate.During the diagnosis and treatment process of critically ill patients with RF,dynamic monitoring of blood gas analysis parameters has become an important basis for clinical decision-making.It provides clinicians with more accurate and timely prognostic evaluation tools,which helps improve the treatment strategy and quality of life of critically patients and provides reference for evaluation,diagnosis and treatment intervention.
