基于POI数据的城市功能区识别方法研究

摘　　要：以POI数据和城市道路网数据为基础,采用ArcGIS空间分析方法以街区为单元对研究区城市功能区进行识别分划,采用核密度占比判断街区单元功能区类别,结果表明:研究区单一功能区所占比例为27.6%,分布较为零散,以居住用地为主;混合功能区所占比例为72.4%,主要分布在三环内侧区域,以公服-居住、商业-居住混合用地为主;并结合研究区实际情况对识别成果进行分析研究,采用抽样调查方法验证了城市功能区识别成果与百度地图和实地调查结果基本一致,匹配度较高,可作为研究区城市规划管理数据依据,提高城市精细化管理水平,从而促进城市高质量可持续发展。Based on POI data and urban road network data,this paper uses ArcGIS spatial analysis method to identify and divide urban functional areas in the study area by employing block as unit and uses kernel density proportion to classify the functional areas of block units.The results show that the proportion of single functional areas in the study area is 27.6%,with scattered distribution and mainly residential lands.Mixed functional zones distributed in the inner areas of the third ring road account for 72.4%,mainly consisting of mixed lands either between public service and residential or between commercial and residential.Based on the actual situation of the study area,the identification results were analyzed and studied,and the sampling survey method was adopted to verify the identification results of urban functional areas that were basically consistent with the results of Baidu map and field survey,with a high degree of consistency,which can be used as the basis of urban planning and management data of the study area,improve the level of urban refined management,and promote high-quality sustainable development of the city.
