摘 要:塔河油田地层内裂缝、溶洞发育,注水过程中水窜严重,用于流道调整的交联聚丙烯酰胺颗粒因在高温、高盐条件下易脱水而使用效果不佳。为解决此问题,以聚乙烯醇为成胶剂、戊二醛为交联剂、二氯乙酸为催化剂,采用化学交联法制备了耐温、耐盐交联聚乙醇烯醇颗粒,考察了反应温度、交联剂和催化剂用量对颗粒储能模量和热稳定性影响;在此基础上,提出将化学交联与循环冷冻-解冻的物理交联相结合的方法制备可用于温度130℃、盐质量浓度2.2×10^(5) mg/L模拟地层水的高强度交联聚乙醇烯醇颗粒。结果表明:按聚乙烯醇、戊二醛和二氯乙酸质量分数分别为8%、0.1%和1.0%构建成胶液,采用-20℃下冷冻6 h、25℃解冻18 h、循环3次的循环冷冻-解冻法制备交联聚乙醇烯醇颗粒,该颗粒能够在温度130℃地层中顺利完成物理交联至化学交联的转变;所得湿颗粒具有自愈合性,在温度130℃、盐质量浓度2.2×10^(5) mg/L模拟地层水中热处理90 d后脱水率为18.6%,且弹性较好。The fractures and karst caves in Tahe oilfield exhibit extensive development,leading to severe water channeling during the process of water injection.Moreover,the crosslinked polyacrylamide particles used for flow channel adjustment experience significant dehydration under high temperature and high salinity conditions,and thus fail to achieve their optimal effect.To address this issue,using polyvinyl alcohol as the polymer,glutaraldehyde as the cross-linking agent,and dichloroacetic acid as the catalyst,the temperature-resistant and salt-resistant cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol particles were prepared by a chemical cross-linking method.The effects of reaction temperature,dosage of cross-linking agent and catalyst on the storage modulus and thermal stability of the particles were also investigated.Based on these findings,a method combining chemical cross-linking and cyclic freezing-thawing physical cross-linking was proposed to prepare high-strength cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol particles,which are suitable for use in simulated formation water at the temperature of 130℃and salt mass concentration of 2.2×10^(5) mg/L.The results demonstrate that by freezing at-20℃for 6 h,thawing at 25℃for 18 h,and cycling for three times,the gelant containing 8%polyvinyl alcohol,0.1%glutaraldehyde,and 1.0%dichloroacetic acid can successfully produce the desired cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol particles.Furthermore,it is observed that these particles have undergone an effective transition from physical to chemical cross-linking at 130℃in the formation environment.Notably,wet particles exhibit self-healing properties,and their dehydration rate is only 18.6%after heat treatment for 90 days in simulated formation water with the temperature of 130℃and salt mass concentration of 2.2×10^(5) mg/L;moreover,these particles maintain good elasticity.
