双源CT冠状动脉造影技术对冠状动脉分支狭窄程度及其临界病变的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的:评估双源CT冠状动脉造影技术在冠状动脉分支狭窄程度及其临界病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年2月至2024年8月间收治的90例冠心病患者,均接受双源CT冠状动脉造影检查,并以冠脉造影术作为金标准。分析双源CT技术对冠状动脉不同节段狭窄程度和临界病变的诊断效能(灵敏度、特异度等)。结果:双源CT冠状动脉造影技术的诊断效能较佳,诊断一致率、一致性分析Kappa值较好,而且对不同节段血管狭窄程度进行诊断期间应用双源CT冠状动脉造影技术进行干预,提示一致性良好;双源CT冠状动脉造影技术对冠状动脉临界病变诊断获得诊断效能、诊断一致率、一致性分析Kappa值,提示一致性一般(P<0.05)。结论:双源CT冠状动脉造影技术在冠状动脉狭窄及其临界病变的诊断中具有重要临床价值,值得推广。Objective:Evaluate the application value of dual source CT coronary angiography technology in the diagnosis of the degree of coronary artery branch stenosis and its critical lesions.Methods:Select 90 patients with coronary heart disease admitted between February 2023 and August 2024,all of whom underwent dual source CT coronary angiography,with coronary angiography as the gold standard.Analyze the diagnostic efficacy(sensitivity,specificity,etc.)of dual source CT technology for different levels of coronary artery stenosis and critical lesions.Results:The diagnostic efficiency of dual source CT coronary angiography technology is relatively good,and the diagnostic consistency rate and consistency analysis Kappa value are good.Moreover,the use of dual source CT coronary angiography technology for intervention during the diagnosis of different levels of vascular stenosis suggests good consistency;The dual source CT coronary angiography technique has achieved diagnostic efficacy,diagnostic consistency rate,and Kappa value analysis for the diagnosis of critical coronary artery lesions,indicating general consistency(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dual source CT coronary angiography technique has important clinical value in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis and its critical lesions,and is worthy of promotion.
