摘  要:鲜食玉米因其丰富的营养和独特的口感成为健康饮食的代表作物。随着人们生活水平提升,优质营养成为鲜食玉米的市场新需求。本文旨在探讨鲜食玉米种质创新和新品种培育的研究现状,提出未来鲜食玉米品种朝向优质化、绿色化、适宜机械化和选育精准化等方向发展,下一步应加强鲜食玉米品质基础研究、现代关键育种技术应用、新一代优质高产新品种培育、优质高产技术综合方案构建和产品附加值提升等创新路径。可为鲜食玉米产业的可持续发展提供理论支持和实践指导。Fresh maize has become a representative crop of healthy diets due to its rich nutrition and unique taste.As the rise of people's living standards,high-quality nutrition has emerged as a new market demand for fresh maize.This study aims to explore the current research status of germplasm innovation and new variety cultivation of fresh maize.It is proposed that in the future,fresh-eating corn varieties will develop towards the directions of high-quality,green-friendly,suitable for mechanization,and precise breeding.For the next step,innovation paths such as strengthening basic research on the quality of fresh-eating corn,applying modern key breeding techniques,cultivating a new generation of high-quality and high-yield varieties,constructing comprehensive high-quality and high-yield technical solutions,and enhancing product added value should be strengthened.It can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of the fresh-eating corn industry.
