摘  要:本文结合项目实际案例,从利用现有工具方便、快速解决工程实际问题的角度,采用管网水力工况分析软件对项目的管网进行建模分析,进而确定管网阻力、水泵运行工况、用户资用压头、水泵温升等。计算结果显示,二级泵扬程需要约75m,水泵温升0.2℃,水泵温升引起的输送损失占输送冷量的比例为2.4%。Based on actual project cases,from the perspective of using existing tools to conveniently and quickly solve engineering problems,the hydraulic condition analysis software of the pipeline network is used to model and analyze the pipeline network of the project,and then determine the pipeline resistance,pump operating conditions,user resource pressure head,water pump temperature rise,etc.The calculation results show that the head of the secondary pump needs to be about 75m,and the temperature rise of the water pump is 0.2℃.The proportion of the conveying loss caused by the temperature rise of the water pump to the conveying cooling capacity is 2.4%.
