摘  要:目的 比较分析2022年与2023年呼吸道疾病高发月份7种常见病原体感染的变化趋势,为呼吸道感染预防控制提供参考。方法 回顾性分析新冠疫情防控期(2022年9月至12月)及新冠疫情放开后(2023年9月至12月)北京电力医院就诊的呼吸道感染相关患者标本中7种常见呼吸道病原体的检测情况。结果 新冠疫情放开后的2023年9月至12月,肺炎支原体、甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒的检出率呈现明显升高趋势(P<0.05),其中肺炎支原体检出率由2022年9月至12月的3.20%升高到2023年同期的15.19%,甲型流感病毒与乙型流感病毒的检出率升高至29.38%、5.93%;合胞病毒、腺病毒呈现明显下降趋势(P<0.05),检出率由2022年9月至12月份3.49%减少为2023年同期的3.05%;两个时期肺炎衣原体、柯萨奇B组病毒检出率在0.20%~0.54%之间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。无论新冠疫情期间还是新冠疫情放开后,肺炎支原体在≤18周岁龄组中检出率均明显高于其他年龄组(P<0.05),合胞病毒、腺病毒、柯萨奇B组病毒在>60周岁年龄组中检出率均较其他年龄组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 新冠疫情期间采取的防控措施对常见呼吸道感染病原体的传播产生了不同程度的影响,对流感病毒防控作用远大于其他几种病原体。疫情放开后某些呼吸道病原体感染呈现了反弹的流行态势,提示我们应持续关注常见呼吸道病原体的流行情况,采取适当的防控措施,有效防控呼吸道感染疾病。Objective In order to provide reference for the prevention and control of respiratory infections,the dynamic trend of infection of 7 common pathogens in the high incidence months of respiratory diseases in 2022 and 2023 was compared and analyzed.Methods The detection of 7 common respiratory pathogens in samples of patients with respiratory tract infection treated in Beijing Electric Power Hospital during the COVID-19 prevention and control period(September-December 2022) and after the COVID-19 control period(September-December 2023) were retrospectively analyzed.Results From September,to December,2023,after the COVID-19 epidemic,the detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae,influenza A virus,influenza B virus and adenovirus showed a significant upward trend(P<0.05).The detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae increased from 3.20% to 15.19%(from September to December 2022)during the same period of 2023,and the detection rates of influenza A virus and influenza B virus increased to 29.38% and 5.93%,respectively;The syncytial virus showed a significant downward trend(P<0.05),with the detection rate decreasing from 3.49% to 3.05% during September to December 2023 compared with the same period of 2022;The detection rate of Chlamydia pneumoniae and Coxsackie group B virus showed no statistically significant difference compared with 2022(P>0.05),ranging from 0.20% to 0.54%,maintaining with a relatively low level;Whether during the COVID-19 epidemic or after the COVID-19 epidemic,the detection rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae in the age group ≤18 years old showed significantly higher than other age groups(P<0.05),and the detection rate of syncytial virus,adenovirus,and Coxsackie group B virus in the age group>60 years old showed significantly higher than other age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevention and control measures undertaken during the COVID-19 epidemic have affected the transmission of common respiratory tract infection pathogens to various degrees,and the prevention and control of influenza virus are far more ef
