摘 要:某油田主要采取常规热洗为主、高压热洗为辅的热洗清蜡方式。为了实现高效节能的热洗效果,减少蜡卡井数,近几年通过创新应用“表线图法”优化热洗周期,实现机采井精准热洗。探索实施“大排量热洗法”和“提速热洗法”,可有效改善清蜡效果,提高热洗水平。为了提高小泵井的热洗效率,研究应用了双作用热洗阀、热洗导流器等热洗辅助工具,通过应用与实践,进一步提高了热洗效果。In one oil field,conventional hot washing is the main method and high pressure hot washing is the auxiliary method.In order to achieve high efficiency and energy saving hot washing effect and reduce the number of wax stuck wells,the hot washing cycle has been optimized in recent years through the innovative application of the"chart method"to achieve accurate hot washing of mechanical wells.The exploration and implementation of"large displacement hot washing method"and"accelerated hot washing method"can effectively improve the effect of wax removal and the level of hot washing.In order to improve the efficiency of hot washing in small pump wells,hot washing auxiliary tools such as double acting hot washing valve and hot washing guide are studied and applied.Through application and practice,the effect of hot washing is further improved.
