摘　　要：目的:旨在建立符合我国飞行技术专业学生的运动能力训练指导和评价体系,提升我国民航院校飞行技术专业体育课程和运动能力训练的效果,确保其在未来有能力胜任飞机驾驶工作。方法:运用层次分析法(AHP)构建了包含8个一级指标和20个二级指标的飞行技术专业学生运动能力训练指导和评价体系。结果:该指导和评价体系各级指标的权重体现了对飞行技术专业学生运动能力要求的差异性,这与民航院校培养该专业学生的实际情况相符。根据该指导和评价体系的指向性和与运动项目的关联性,提出了符合实际情况且简单易行的飞行技术专业学生运动能力训练指导和评价方法。结论:该指导和评价体系的层级结构和构成要素合理完善,为民航院校培养该专业学生的运动能力提供了重要参考。评价方法能够有效地评定飞行技术专业学生的运动能力,为其运动能力训练提供有益的指导。Purpose:In order to improve the effect of physical course and training for student majoring in flight technology,and ensure their ability to be competent for flight driving working in future,it is very important to construct the guidance and evaluation system that is line with the characteristic of movement ability training of student majoring in flight technology.Methods:The guidance and evaluation system of movement ability training of student majoring in flight technology with 8 first-level indexes and 20 second-level indexes was constructed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Results:The different weight of indexes in each level of guidance and evaluation system reflects the differences in requirements of movement ability training of student majoring in flight technology.This is consistent with the actual situation of training student majoring in flight technology in civil aviation colleges.Furthermore,according to the directivity and correlation with movement items of guidance and evaluation system,the convenient guidance and evaluation method could complied and operated for evaluating movement ability of student majoring in flight technology.The weight of movement abilities in each level provides important references to educate the flight cadet.Conclusions:The hierarchical structure and composition of the guidance and evaluation system are reasonable and perfect,which provides an important reference for training the movement ability of student majoring in flight technology in civil aviation colleges.The evaluation method can effectively assess the movement ability of student majoring in flight technology and provide meaningful guidance for the training.
