提高最低工资标准对企业劳动投资效率的影响研究

摘　　要：劳动力是唯一具有主观能动性的要素,其配置效率对企业高质量发展具有关键作用。基于此,探究劳动力价格上升如何影响企业劳动投资效率具有重要意义。本文以2009-2022年A股上市公司为样本,考察最低工资标准与企业劳动投资效率的关系。研究发现,最低工资标准上调有助于企业劳动投资效率提高,且该效应在劳动密集程度较低以及行业集中度较高的企业中相对更强。此外,最低工资标准对企业劳动投资效率的改善表现为降低劳动投资过度。基于研究结论,应积极发挥最低工资标准上调的激励作用,柔性定制针对不同企业类型提升劳动投资效率,有效管理劳动力资源,降低劳动投资过度,提升劳动投资效率。Labor is the only factor that possesses subjective initiative,and its allocation efficiency plays a key role in the high-quality development of enterprises.Therefore,exploring how rising labor costs affect labor investment efficiency in en terprises is of significant importance.This study uses a sample of A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2022 to examine the relationship between minimum wage standards and labor investment efficiency.The research finds that an increase in the mini mum wage standard contributes to improved labor investment efficiency in enterprises,with this effect being relatively stronger in companies with lower labor intensity and higher industry concentration.Additionally,the improvement in labor investment efficiency due to the minimum wage standard is reflected in a reduction of excessive labor investment.Based on these findings,it is recommended to actively leverage the incentive effect of raising the minimum wage standard,to flexibly customize strate gies for different types of enterprises to enhance labor investment efficiency,effectively manage labor resources,reduce excessive labor investment,and ultimately improve labor investment efficiency.
