药用植物红花龙胆的生物学研究进展

摘　　要：红花龙胆是常用的中草药及多个少数民族的药用植物,具有清热除湿、解毒止咳抗癌等功效。目前使用的红花龙胆仍以野生为主,随着与红花龙胆相关复方制剂的市场销量日益提升,红花龙胆野生资源日益匮乏的问题逐渐凸显,而关于红花龙胆的研究却相对较少。因此,红花龙胆的相关研究亟需受到关注。该研究从红花龙胆的资源鉴定、生态分布及适宜区划、生物活性、繁育栽培以及少数其他研究等方面对红花龙胆在国内外的生物学研究进展做了简要介绍,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望,以期为红花龙胆的深入研究提供参考依据。Gentiana multiflora Franch.is a traditional Chinese medicine and a medicinal plant of multiple ethnic minorities,with functions such as clearing heat,removing dampness,detoxifying,and relieving cough.At present,the wild-growing G.multiflora Franch.is mainly used.However,with the increase of polypill related to the G.multiflora Franch.in the market,the wild resources gradually decrease,while few research is on the G.multiflora Franch..Therefore,the relevant research on G.multiflora Franch.urgently needs to be taken seriously.This study reviewed the research progress of G.multiflora Franch.at home and abroad from the perspectives of pharmacognosy,ecological distribution and suitable zoning,pharmacy,breeding and cultivation,and a few other studies,in order to provide reference for further research on G.multiflora Franch.
