管井结构渗漏水综合治理工艺

摘　　要：白云国际会议中心综合管井房结构板出现开裂、蜂窝、钢筋裸露锈蚀问题,底板线漏和滴漏情况严重。本文分析了综合管井渗漏水原因,并详细介绍了采用高渗透改性环氧灌浆材料、聚合物水泥防水涂料和砂浆等,从结构层面对渗漏进行综合治理的工艺,经治理后,综合管井已无渗漏问题,满足使用要求。The structural plate of the composite tube well chamber at Baiyun International Conference Center faced problems like cracks,honeycomb,steel bar exposure and corrosion,and the bottom plate had serious leakage and dripping problems.This article analyzes the causes of leakage in the composite tube well and provides a detailed introduction of the comprehensive leakage treatment technology from the structural level by using high permeability modified epoxy grouting materials,polymer cement waterproofing coatings and mortar.After treatment,the pipe well has no leakage problems and meets the requirements for use.
