摘  要:本实验旨在建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)测定混合型饲料添加剂中3种异噻唑啉酮类药物的分析方法。样品用乙腈进行提取,经prime HLB固相萃取小柱净化,采用Agilent SB-C_(18)(100 mm×3.0 mm,1.8μm)梯度洗脱分离,外标法定量。结果表明:三种异噻唑啉酮类药物在0.25~500 ng/mL浓度内线性关系良好,相关系数(r^(2))均>0.99。3种异噻唑啉酮类药物在不同加标水平下的回收率为64.7%~88.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.6%~10.3%。该方法操作简便、准确度好、灵敏度高,适用于混合型饲料添加剂中3种异噻唑啉酮类药物的检测。The experiment aimed to establish a high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of three thiazolinone drugs in fmixed feed additive.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and purified by primary HLB solid-phase extraction column.Agilent SB-C_(18)(100 mm×3.0 mm,1.8μm)gradient elution separation was used,and quantitative analysis was performed using external standard method.The results showed that the three isothiazolinone drugs had a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0.25~500 ng/mL,with correlation coefficients(r^(2))>0.99.The recovery rates of three isothiazolinone drugs at different spiking levels ranged from 64.7%to 88.3%,with a relative standard deviation(RSD)of 2.6%~10.3%.This method was easy to operate,had good accuracy and high sensitivity,and was suitable for the detection of three isothiazolinone drugs in mixed feed additives.
