摘　　要：拆卸和再利用预制木结构建筑的最佳方法是什么?来自慕尼黑应用技术大学的一个团队为此写了一份指南。尽管德国约55%的垃圾都来自建筑行业,但是资源效率几乎没有与房屋拆除联系起来讨论。What is the best way to dismantle and reuse prefabricated timber buildings?A team from Munich University of Applied Sciences has written a guideline for this.Although the construction sector is responsible for about 55%of Germany's waste,resource efficiency is hardly being discussed in connection with demolition.It seems natural to assume from the high degree of prefabrication and speed of erection that the demolition and recycling of prefabricated timber residential buildings is possible without difficulty.However,until now there were no relevant evaluations or statistics available.
