摘 要:采用STAR-CCM+分析汽车空调电子膨胀阀的性能,并基于阀内噪声、速度、压力及温度分布对电子膨胀阀进行结构优化。结果表明:优化后电子膨胀阀内噪声峰值由142dB降低至132dB;优化后电子膨胀阀内压力场以及速度场分布更均匀,阀内节流位置制冷剂最大速度由138m/s降低至129m/s;优化后电子膨胀阀出口处低温区域更大,降温效果更好。The performance of electronic expansion valve for automobile air-condition-ing is analyzed using STAR-CCM+,and the structure optimization on the electronic expansion valve is conducted based on the distribution of noise,velocity,pressure and temperature in the valve.The results show that the peak value of noise in the electronic expansion valve decreases from 142 dB to 132 dB after optimization.After optimization,the distribution of pressure field and velocity field in the electronic expansion valve is more uniform,and the maximum velocity of throttle position in the valve is reduced from 138 m/s to 129 m/s.After optimization,the low temperature area at the outlet of the electronic expansion valve is larger,and the cooling effect is better.
