夏热冬冷地区医疗建筑冷源系统高效运营策略的探讨

摘　　要：为降低医疗机构因服务特殊性而带来的高能耗、推进降碳目标的实现,医院管理者需要有针对性地开展高效运营策略的相关研究。基于我国医疗建筑系统配置形式以及运行管理现状梳理结果,以夏热冬冷地区医疗建筑为切入点,利用冷源系统的运行原理分析影响冷源系统能效的因素后,最终给出夏热冬冷地区医疗建筑冷源系统运行控制策略。文章总结出了高效运行策略的七类设定准则(冷水机组开启台数、冷水机组开启类型、冷水机组负荷分配方案、冷冻水供水温度、冷却塔出水温度、冷却水供回水温差、冷却塔开启台数)。以上海市某综合性医院建筑的冷源系统为实践案例,证实该高效运行策略具有一定的推广性。In order to reduce the high energy consumption caused by the special services of medical institutions and promote the realization of carbon reduction goals,hospital managers need to carry out targeted research on efficient operation strategies.Based on the results of the configuration form and operation management status of medical building system in China,taking medical buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas as the starting point,the operating principle of cold source system is used to analyze the factors affecting the energy efficiency of cold source system,and finally the operation control strategy of cold source system of medical building in hot summer and cold winter area is given.This paper summarizes seven types of setting criteria for efficient operation strategy(number of chiller start-ups,chiller opening type,chiller load distribution scheme,chilled water supply temperature,cooling tower outlet temperature,cooling water supply and return water temperature difference,and cooling tower opening number).Taking the cold source system of a general hospital building in Shanghai as a practical case,it is confirmed that the efficient operation strategy has certain generalizability.
