摘  要:对于核电站通风空调系统使用的组合安装两级过滤器的排架,当排架上每一级过滤安装超过1个过滤器时,原结构中气流通道被分隔开,互不连通,测量每一级过滤器压差的差压表只能反映测压点所在气流通道中的过滤器压差值,无法反映同一级过滤中所有过滤器的压差值。本文对组合安装两级过滤器的排架进行结构优化,使得排架内部形成连通的气流通道,该气流通道内任一点的静压相同,即差压表所测压差值能够反映同一级过滤中所有过滤器的压差值。Regarding the frame for two-stage filter combined installation in the ventilation and air-conditioning system of nuclear power plant,when more than one filter is installed on each stage filtration on the frame,the air flow channel in the original structure is separated and disconnected.The differential pressure gauge to measure the pressure of each stage filter can only reflect the differential pressure of the filter in the air flow channel where the pressure measurement point is located,while the differential pressure of filters at all positions in the same stage filtration cannot be reflected.The structure of the frame for two-stage filter combined installation is optimized to form connected air flow channel inside the frame,and the static pressures of any point in the air flow channel are the same.That is to say,the differential pressure values obtained by differential pressure gauge can reflect the differential pressure values of all filters in the same stage filtration.
