摘  要:合成孔径雷达干涉测量(interferometric synthetic aperture radar,InSAR)已在地理分析、数字高程模型反演领域有着广泛应用。在InSAR技术中,相位解缠作为关键步骤,其结果准确性直接影响最终InSAR产品的质量,尤其在解缠相位梯度变化较大干涉图时,受到相位连续性假设条件的限制易出现相位失真或解缠错误的问题。针对上述问题,提出一种改进势函数及权重的图割相位解缠算法(improved-phase unwrapping max-flow/min-cut algorithm,IPUMA)。首先,构建新的能量势函数形式——反正切势函数,使得IPUMA针对相位梯度变化较大(间断相位)的区域时断开相位连接,避免PUMA(phase unwrapping max-flow/min-cut algorithm)出现解缠间断相位过度平滑的现象。其次,把干涉图伪相干系数图和相位残差信息有效融合生成质量图来表示反正切势函数的权重。实验结果表明,相较于PUMA解缠,IPUMA在有效解缠连续相位的同时,间断相位的精度提高52.21%。Interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR)has been widely used in the field of geographic analysis,and digital elevation model inversion.In InSAR technology,phase unwrapping is a key step and its accuracy directly affects the quality of the final InSAR products.Especially when dealing with interferograms with large phase gradient variations,the constraint of phase continuity assumption can lead to phase distortion or unwrapping errors.Responding to the above issues,an improved graph cut phase unwrapping(IPUMA)algorithm with modified potential function and weights(IPUMA)is proposed.Firstly,a new form of energy potential function-arctangent potential function is constructed.IPUMA is able to disconnect phase connections in regions with large phase gradient variations(discontinuous phase),thereby avoiding the excessive smoothing of unwrapped discontinuous phases that may occur in the graph cut phase unwrapping(PUMA)algorithm.Secondly,the interferogram pseudo-coherence coefficient map and phase residual information are effectively used to generate a quality map to represent the weight of arctangent potential function.The results of phase unwrapping for interferograms show that IPUMA not only effectively unwraps continuous phases,but also achieves 52.21%improvement in unwrapping accuracy for discontinuous phases compared to the PUMA.
