摘 要:随着电力电子设备大量应用,谐波电流影响逐渐增加。电力电流互感器在谐波条件下的计量能力须开发相应校验系统。传统校验设备仅能开展工频下测试,为解决谐波条件下的电流互感器的计量特性测试难题,提出并研制了基于有源补偿高准确度电流变换方法的宽频带电流互感器误差校验系统。该文重点介绍了高准确度电流变换部分,首先基于有源补偿方法设计了宽频率零磁通电流互感器,推导计算了其理论模型,提出了基于陷波反馈设计方法,显著降低重点频率下电流变换误差,提出传统跨阻放大器的宽频带补偿方法,在电路环路中增加同相放大单元,理论并仿真计算了补偿效果,补偿方法可显著降低跨阻放大器的幅值和相位误差。经测试,校验系统工频下测量不确定度分别为2.6×10^(-6)和2.1μrad,10kHz范围内不确定度为30×10^(-6)和20μrad。With the extensive application of power electronic equipment,the influence of harmonic current increases gradually.The calibration system of current instrument transformer under harmonic conditions needs to develop to meet needs of measurement capacity.However,traditional calibration equipment can only be utilized to perform tests at power frequency.To solve the problem in measurement characteristic tests of current instrument transformer under harmonic conditions,a wideband current transformer error calibration system is proposed and developed based on high-accuracy active compensation current transformation method.The high-accuracy current transformation section is emphatically in-troduced in this paper.First,based on the active compensation method,a wideband zero-flux current transformer is designed,and its theoretical model is developed.Moreover,a wideband compensation method of traditional trans-impedance amplifier is proposed.In the circuit loop,an in-phase amplifier is added,and the compensation effect is theoretically calculated and simulated.The compensation method can be adopted to significantly reduce the amplitude and phase errors of the trans-impedance amplifier.The test results indicate that the measurement uncertainty of the cali-bration system under power frequency is 2.6×10^(-6) and 2.1μrad,respectively,and,the uncertainty is 30×10^(-6) and 20μrad within the range of 10 kHz,respectively.
