芙蓉江流域上游电站水雨情信息共享接入实践探索

摘　　要：水雨情信息在流域梯级优化调度过程中起到了至关重要作用,通过隔离装置、数据传输服务器、短信传输方式充分发挥梯级电站数据共享机制,搭建覆盖全流域、数据全面化的流域水雨情数据共享平台,确保防汛安全,降低调峰弃水风险,以有限的水能资源,为流域各电站发电效益的提升、电站下游群众生产生活安全保障提供数据支撑,实现多方共赢。Water rainfall regime information in the basin cascade optimization scheduling has played an important role in the process,through the isolation device,data transmission server,SMS transmission mode give full play to the cascade power station data sharing mechanism,covering the whole basin,data comprehensive basin water rainfall regime data sharing platform,ensure the safety of flood control and,reduce peak abandon water risk,with limited hydropower resources,for the basin power station power efficiency,power station downstream of mass production and living security provide data support,achieve multi-party win-win situation.
