摘　　要：针对传统电力工程设计、施工分别招标而引起的工程质量频发问题,国内外对联合体EPC总承包模式进行大量推广应用,其对提升电力工程质量水平、降低工程造价具有重要意义。文中对此展开研究,首先结合EPC总承包模式特点阐述了质量管理内容,其次提出EPC组织模式、工程总承包质量管理流程,并结合实际项目提出存在的质量问题,最后从成立质量控制工作组、建立创优责任制、建立质量例会制度、加强人员质量培训以及质量提升措施五个方面给出具体的质量保证措施,旨在为电力工程EPC总承包提供可参考的质量管理模式。In view of the frequent problems of project quality caused by the separate bidding of traditional power engineering design and construction,the joint EPC general contracting model has been extensively popularized and applied at home and abroad,which is of great significance to improve the quality level of power engineering and reduce project cost.In this article,we conduct research on this.First,the quality management content is expounded in combination with the characteristics of the EPC general contracting model,and secondly,the EPC organizational model and the quality management process of the general contracting of the project are proposed,and the quality problems are proposed in combination with the actual project.Finally,specific quality assurance measures are given from the five aspects of the establishment of a quality control working group,the establishment of a responsibility system for excellence,the establishment of a regular quality meeting system,and the strengthening of personnel quality training and quality improvement measures.It aims to provide a reference quality management model for EPC general contracting of power projects.
