摘  要:目前国际上主要采用甲醇和空气为原料生产甲醛,分为银法催化和铁钼法催化。银法催化产品浓度不高,而铁钼法兼具生产能力高和可生产高浓度甲醛的优点,但在国内使用率不高,有很大优化提升的空间。文章通过Aspen Plus软件模拟铁钼法甲醇氧化制甲醛精制工段,对流程进行优化搭建,提高产品采出和浓度。通过循环工艺高效利用系统中的水,并得到两股浓度分别为41%和72%的甲醛产品出料。运用Aspen Plus软件中的灵敏度分析工具对甲醛精馏塔理论板数、进料板位置和回流比进行了分析和参数优化,为甲醛的高效清洁生产提供理论依据。At present,methanol and air are mainly used as raw materials for the production of formaldehyde,which is divided into silver catalyzed and iron-molybdenum catalyzed methods.The silver catalytic product concentration is not high,while the iron-molybdenum method has the advantages of high production capacity and high concentration of formaldehyde.But this method is not highly adopted in China,and there is much room for optimization and improvement.This paper focuses on the Aspen Plus software simulation of the formaldehyde distillation by the iron-molybdenum methanol oxidation process to optimize the process and improve the product extraction and concentration.A recycling process was applied to efficiently utilize the water in the system and to obtain two streams of formaldehyde product output with 41%and 72%concentration,respectively.In addition,the sensitivity analysis tool in Aspen Plus software was used to analyze and optimize the parameters of the formaldehyde distillation column in terms of theoretical number of plates,feed plate position and reflux ratio,which provide theoretical basis for efficient and clean production of formaldehyde.
