摘  要:针对低温甲醇过滤装置清洗过程复杂、无法在线清洗,清洗时清洗人员存在易发生中毒现象等问题,通过设计1台可在线清洗过滤器应用于低温甲醇洗装置,实施改造后解决了上述问题,产生了良好的效果。In response to the problem of the complex cleaning process of the lowlow temperature methanol washing;filter;cleaning;problem;measure;effecttemperature methanol filtration unit, the inability to clean online, and the risk of poisoning among cleaning personnel during cleaning, a filter that can be cleaned online was designed and applied to the low-temperature methanol washing unit. After the transformation, the above problems were solved and good results were achieved.
