数制融合推进新型工业化的路径机制研究

摘　　要：基于TOE-I分析框架,采用案例研究与必要条件模糊集质性比较研究方法(NCA和fsQCA),选取20家案例企业,探究技术、组织、环境和个体4个维度前因条件对新型工业化的组态效应。研究发现,数字技术突破、数字设施、数字人才、数字共享、组织韧性、组织理念和企业家精神是制造企业构建新型工业化的核心影响因素。剖析了数制融合驱动新型工业化的4条实施路径,其中,数字技术突破和数字设施在“技术+人才”赋能组织型方案中存在潜在的替代关系;组织韧性、组织理念和企业家精神是制造企业顺利实施数制融合推进新型工业化路径的重要保障;数字设施则更多发挥间接支撑作用。Based on the TOE-I analytical framework,this paper studies 20 case enterprises using the case study and necessary condition fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis methods(NCA and fsQCA)to explore the configurational effects of the antecedent conditions in the four dimensions of technology,organization,environment,and individual on the new industrialization.The results indicate that breakthroughs in digital technology,digital infrastructure,digital talent,digital sharing,organizational resilience,organizational philosophy,and entrepreneurial spirit are the core influencing factors for manufacturing enterprises to build new industrialization.It analyzes four implementation paths driven by the integration of digitalization and new industrialization.Among them,there is a potential substitutive relationship between breakthroughs in digital technology and digital infrastructure in the"technology+talent"empowerment organizational scheme.Organizational resilience,organizational philosophy,and entrepreneurial spirit are important guarantees for manufacturing enterprises to successfully implement the path of integrating digitalization to promote new industrialization.Digital infrastructure plays a more indirect supporting role.
