摘 要:基于中国2007—2020年30个省的面板数据,实证分析可再生能源发展对碳排放的影响。研究发现:可再生能源发展显著降低了碳排放,在中西部地区与环境规制强度高地区更明显;风能发展对碳排放的抑制效果最大,太阳能次之,水能的抑制效果最小;机制检验表明,可再生能源能够通过优化能源结构与提升能源利用效率发挥碳减排效应;非线性效应表明,随着能源结构水平的恶化,可再生能源对碳排放的影响呈先抑制后促进的趋势。与此同时,可再生能源的碳减排效应会随着能源利用效率的下降呈边际递减趋势;进一步研究发现,可再生能源发展对碳排放的影响存在空间溢出效应。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2020,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of renewable energy development on carbon emissions.It is found that the development of renewable energy significantly reduces carbon emissions,and the effect is more obvious in the central and western regions and regions with high environmental regulation intensity.The development of wind energy has the greatest impact on carbon emissions,followed by solar energy,and the impact of hydropower is the smallest.The mechanism test shows that renewable energy can exert a carbon emission reduction effect by optimizing the energy structure and improving energy utilization efficiency.The nonlinear effect indicates that with the deterioration of the energy structure level,the impact of renewable energy on carbon emissions shows a trend of first inhibition and then promotion.At the same time,the carbon emission reduction effect of renewable energy shows a marginal decreasing trend with the decline of energy utilization efficiency.Further studies found that there is a spatial spillover effect of the impact of renewable energy development on carbon emissions.
