摘 要:为了防止长江河床严重冲刷,导致岸坡失稳或坍塌,采用混凝土铰链排施工技术进行防护。该技术首先预制钢筋混凝土板,然后采用“U”型环将各混凝土板连接起来,通过沉排船及相关设备,将排体沉放至设计规定的防护位置,再通过潜水员探摸排体、水下测量、水下摄像等手段,检查排体的搭接及沉放质量。应用结果表明,采用混凝土铰链排防护的区域,经过多年的运行和监测,河床稳定,护岸效果良好,护岸结构稳定可靠,未出现明显的冲刷和崩塌现象;混凝土铰链排沉排技术在长江护岸工程中抵抗水流的冲刷和侵蚀方面起到重大作用,为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。In order to prevent the serious erosion of the Yangtze River bed,resulting in bank slope instability or collapse,the concrete hinge row construction technology is used for protection.The technology is to prefabricate reinforced concrete slabs firstly,and then use the'U'ring to connect the concrete slabs.Through the sinking row ship and related equipment,the row body is sunk to the protective position specified in the design.The divers explore the row body,underwater measurement,underwater camera and other means to check the overlap and sinking quality of the row body.The application results show that after years of operation and monitoring,the river bed is stable,the revetment effect is good,the revetment structure is stable and reliable,and there is no obvious erosion and collapse in the area protected by concrete hinge row.The concrete hinge row sinking technology plays an important role in resisting the erosion and erosion of water flow in the Yangtze River revetment project,and provides reference for similar projects.
