口腔运动干预联合腹部按摩在早产儿喂养困难中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔运动干预联合腹部按摩在喂养困难早产儿中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月平南县妇幼保健院收治的84例喂养困难早产儿,按照不同的护理方式将其分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用口腔运动干预联合腹部按摩,比较两组住院时间、开始经口喂养时间、完全经口喂养时间及不良反应总发生率(腹胀、吐奶及血氧饱和度下降)。结果观察组住院时间、开始经口喂养时间、完全经口喂养时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组腹胀、吐奶、血氧饱和度下降不良反应总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论口腔运动干预联合腹部按摩可以改善早产儿的喂养情况,缩短住院时间,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the application effect of oral exercise intervention combined with abdominal massage in preterm infants with feeding difficulties.Methods A total of 84 premature infants with feeding difficulties admitted to Pingnan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received oral exercise intervention combined with abdominal massage on the basis of routine nursing.The length of hospital stay,the time to start oral feeding,the time to complete oral feeding,and the total incidence of adverse reactions(abdominal distension,vomit milk and oxygen desaturation)were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay,time to start oral feeding and time to complete oral feeding in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions such as abdominal distension,vomit milk and oxygen desaturation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral exercise intervention combined with abdominal massage can improve the feeding status of premature infants,shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
