摘　　要：目的观察系统护理干预在腹腔镜治疗子宫内膜异位症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年5月因子宫内膜异位症来临沭县妇幼保健院就诊的106例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行腹腔镜治疗,并按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(53例)采取常规护理,观察组(53例)在对照组基础上采取系统护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的活力、生理职能、生理功能及情感健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率为100.00%,高于对照组的81.13%(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预在腹腔镜治疗子宫内膜异位症患者中的应用效果较好,可以提高患者的生活质量和满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in laparoscopic treatment of patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 106 patients who came to Linshu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital due to endometriosis from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients underwent laparoscopic treatment and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(53 cases)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(53 cases)was given systematic nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of vitality,physiological function,physiological features and emotional health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(81.13%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention in the laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis patients has a good effect,which can improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
