护理警示标识联合SHEL事故分析法在女性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析护理警示标识联合SHEL事故分析法对女性精神分裂症患者护理服务质量的影响。方法选取连云港市第四人民医院精神科2021年1月至2023年12月收治的60例女性精神分裂症患者,采用抽签法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用传统护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用护理警示标识联合SHEL事故分析法。测定两组护理服务质量评分、自杀状态评分,统计不良事件总发生率并进行对比。结果观察组护理后的不良事件总发生率、自杀状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05),护理服务质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理警示标识联合SHEL事故分析法能够提升女性精神分裂症患者护理服务质量,值得推广。Objective To analyze the impact of nursing warning signs combined with SHEL accident analysis method on the quality of nursing services for female patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 60 female patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,the Fourth People’s Hospital of Lianyungang from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group using a lottery method.The control group received traditional nursing care,while the observation group received nursing warning signs combined with SHEL accident analysis on the basis of the control group.The nursing service quality score and suicide status score were measured,and the total incidence rate of adverse events was calculated and compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events and the suicide status score after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing service quality score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nursing warning signs and SHEL accident analysis method can improve the quality of nursing services for female patients with schizophrenia,and is worth promoting.
