摘  要:自中国第一所慈善超市开办以来,慈善超市在中国已有20年的历史,然而至今为止,慈善超市的发展与成效依旧没有得到充分地总结。基于此,文章对中国慈善超市20年来的发展状况和发展成效进行了研究。研究基于历史制度主义分析框架对28篇论文和31份政策文件进行了文本分析。研究发现:中国慈善超市经历了不断社会化和市场化的发展之路,具体可以分为快速发展前期、实践运营初期、政策调整中期、模式创新后期四个阶段;慈善超市有效地推动了原有社会救助体系的优化与创新,并且通过助力慈善经济发展、营造慈善文化氛围有效地推动了慈善事业的整体发展,还在此过程中促进了社会多元治理格局的形成。Since the opening of China's first charity supermarket, charity supermarkets have been a part of the country's landscape for 20 years. However, their development and effectiveness have yet to be comprehensively summarized.Based on this, this paper is designed to examine the evolution and effectiveness of charity supermarkets in China over the past two decades. The study conducts a textual analysis of 28 academic papers and 31 policy documents, using a historical institutionalist framework. The findings reveal that charity supermarkets in China have undergone a path of increasing socialization and marketization. This evolution can be broken down into four stages: the early stage of rapid development, the initial stage of practical operation, the middle-phase of policy adjustment, and the later stage of model innovation. Charity supermarkets have played a significant role in optimizing and innovating the existing social assistance system. They have also contributed to the broader development of philanthropy by boosting the growth of the philanthropic economy and fostering a culture of philanthropy. Additionally, this process has supported the establishment of a more diversified model of social governance.
