摘  要:推进全民健身公共服务数字化转型是构建更高水平全民健身公共服务体系的应有之义,也是实现体育治理现代化的关键基石。以“十四五”期间国家级体育数字化改革试点浙江省为实体考察对象,基于TOE理论分析框架,归纳浙江省推进全民健身公共服务数字化转型的实践经验;基于“浙江经验”,提出地方政府推进全民健身公共服务数字化转型应加强数字技术科研攻关、建立一盘棋一体化推进机制、构建适宜的政策推进环境、坚持先试点后推广的基层探索方法,助力我国构建更高水平全民健身公共服务体系。Promoting the digital transformation of public services for national fitness is not only necessary for building a higher-level public service system for national fitness,but also a key cornerstone for achieving modernization of sports governance.Based on the TOE theoretical analysis framework,this study examines the practical experience of Zhejiang Province in promoting the digital transformation of public services for national fitness during the 14th Five Year Plan period,with Zhejiang Province as the pilot province for national level sports digital reform;Based on the"Zhejiang experience",it is proposed that local governments to promote the digital transformation of national fitness public services should strengthen digital technology research and development,establish an integrated promotion mechanism,build a suitable policy promotion environment,and adhere to the grassroots exploration method of piloting before replication,so as to help China build a higher-level national fitness public service system.
