摘 要:泵站施工过程中易受地质条件等因素的影响导致施工质量难以控制,本研究提出了基于PDCA循环控制质量的泵站工程管理优化方法,并在工程项目中进行了实践应用。以中新天津生态城北部片区雨水、污水、外排合建泵站工程施工1标段为例,分析了工程质量管理难点。在此基础上提出了基于PDCA循环的质量管控方法。基于理论方法的优势得到了循环理论与三阶段的融合机理。面向实际的施工过程,形成了关键工序的质量控制措施。通过对比实际施工数据,发现所提方法在施工质量、进度和成本控制方面均有可观的效果。局域理论方法分析和案例实践应用,可为未来的施工项目提供参考。It is difficult to control the quality of pump station construction due to the impact of geological conditions and other factors.A method for optimization of pump station engineering management based on PDCA cycle quality control was proposed in this study and applied in engineering projects.Taking Lot in in the pump station construction involving rainwater,sewage and drainage in the north of China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city as an example,difficulties in engineering quality management were analyzed.On this basis,a quality control method based on the PDCA cycle was proposed.A mechanism for fusion of the cyclic theory and three-stage approach was developed based on the advantages of theoretical methods.Quality control measures were proposed for key processes in actual construction.It was found by construction data comparison that this method has significant effects in terms of construction quality,progress and cost control.The analysis of local theoretical methods and application in engineering cases provide a reference for construction projects in the future.
