摘  要:针对视频图像在无线数据传输中带宽受限的问题,提出了一种基于结构相似性比率的视频编码算法,其核心在于运用结构相似性比率。首先对帧进行结构相似性分析,以此为基础通过精确公式分配目标编码比特数,进而优化量化参数。通过帧特性分类,实现更细致的帧层码率控制。实验证明,与现有技术相比,所提方法不仅更精确地控制了码率,还显著提升了视频的主观质量,增强了图像的流畅性和稳定性。Targeting at the challenge of limited bandwidth in wireless data transmission of video images,a video encoding algorithm based on the structural similarity ratio is proposed.The essence of the proposed method lies in the application of the structural similarity ratio.It involves analyzing the structural similarity of frames and then distributing the target encoding bit rates based on precise formulas,thereby optimizing the quantization parameters.Classification of frame characteristics further refines the control over the frame layer bit rate.Experiments have shown that compared to existing technologies,the proposed method not only controls the bit rate more precisely but also significantly improves the subjective quality of the video,enhancing the smoothness and stability of the images.
