摘 要:随着移动公网用户激增和网络参数调整,对电力无线专网的干扰越发严重。针对该问题,设计了一款应用于电力基站的腔体滤波器。工作频段位于[1 790,1 800]MHz,采用四腔级联的CQ结构,每个矩形腔内置圆柱形谐振筒和调谐螺钉,主线耦合采用感性矩形窗结构,交叉耦合采用容性圆柱杆结构。电磁仿真结果显示,选择性达到:>22 dB@f_(0)±10 MHz;>60 dB@f_(0)-[200,1000]MHz;>73 dB@f_(0)+[200,1800]MHz;>60 dB@f_(0)+[1 800,2 700]MHz;>50 dB@f_(0)+[2 700,3 200]MHz,有效地抑制了源于移动公网[800,5 000]MHz频段的干扰。系统尺寸小于40 mm×40 mm×20 mm,较好地兼顾了超窄带、宽阻带和小尺寸的应用需求。With the rapid increase of mobile public network users and the adjustment of network parameters, the interference to the power wireless private network becomes more and more serious. To solve this problem, a cavity filter for power base station is designed. The working frequency band is located at[1 790,1 800]MHz. The CQ structure with four cascaded cavities is adopted. Each rectangular cavity has a cylindrical resonator and a tuning screw, with inductive rectangular window for main line coupling and the capacitive cylindrical rod for the cross coupling. Electromagnetic simulation results demonstrate its good performance of frequency selectivity as: >22 dB@f_0±10 MHz, >60 dB@f_0-[200,1 000]MHz, >73 dB@f_0+[200,1 800]MHz, >60 dB@f_0+[1 800,2 700]MHz and >50 dB@f_0+[2 700,3 200]MHz, efficiently suppressing the interference from[800,5 000]MHz band of mobile public network. The size of the system is less than 40 mm×40 mm×20 mm, reaching a better trade-off of the requirements among ultra-narrow passband, wide stopband and small size.
