摘  要:在染料敏化太阳能电池中,非铂对电极材料一直是研究重点。采用一步水热法直接在氟掺氧化锡(FTO)导电玻璃衬底上制备铜掺二硫化钼薄膜,并作为染料敏化太阳能电池对电极。循环伏安法、电化学阻抗谱和塔菲尔极化曲线结果表明,铜掺二硫化钼对电极拥有比二硫化钼对电极更高的电催化活性。因此,基于铜掺二硫化钼对电极的染料敏化太阳能电池光电转换效率为4.73%,接近基于Pt对电极的光伏器件(4.83%)。In dye-sensitized solar cells, Pt-free catalytic materials have been the focus of research. Copper-doped molybdenum disulfide films are grown direct on fluorine-doped tin oxide(FTO)conductive glass substrates by a one-step hydrothermal method and used as counter electrodes(CEs)for DSSCs. The results of cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and Tafel curves show that the copper-doped molybdenum disulfide films possess higher electrocatalytic activity than the pure MoS_(2) film. Therefore, the photovoltaic conversion efficiency(PCE)of DSSCs based on copper-doped molybdenum disulfide film CEs is 4.73%,which is close to DSSCs based on Pt CEs(4.83%).
