摘 要:面对能源社区中新能源渗透率高所产生的出力不确定风险,运营商需要充分挖掘柔性负荷的灵活性潜力以实现能量的实时平衡,未来随着泛在电力物联网与边缘计算的深入部署,能源社区将逐步成为能量与通信深度耦合的信息物理系统。由于此外社区中柔性负荷呈现体量小、数量大、通信频繁的特征,将为灵活性资源的优化调度带来沉重的通信负担。针对这一问题,该文提出一种云-边融合架构下的能量平衡辅助服务机制,建立考虑辅助服务通信需求的社区能量平衡辅助服务的信息物理耦合模型,在采用Coupla函数表征风光耦合出力不确定性的前提下,通过基于历史数据的分布鲁棒优化方法处理信息物理联合优化问题。模型采用列与约束生成算法进行求解。算例结果表明,该方法可以兼顾信息资源与物理资源,大幅降低柔性负荷通信负担、缓解高峰时段下的通信带宽紧张问题,显著削减实时平衡成本,可在保证平衡服务服务质量的前提下统筹经济性与鲁棒性。In the face of the uncertain output risks arising from the high penetration of new energy sources in the energy community,operators need to fully exploit the flexibility potential of flexible loads to achieve real-time energy balance.In the future,with the deep deployment of ubiquitous power Internet of Things and edge computing,the energy community will gradually become a cyber-physical system deeply coupled with energy and communication.Moreover,due to the characteristics of small volume,large quantity,and frequent communication of flexible loads in the energy community,a heavy communication burden will be imposed on the optimization and scheduling of flexibility resources.To address this issue,this paper proposes an energy balance ancillary service mechanism under the cloud-edge fusion architecture.A cyber-physical coupling model for community energy balance ancillary services considering communication requirements is established.With the Coupla function used to characterize the output uncertainty of wind and solar power coupling,a data-driven distributionally robust optimization method is employed to solve the joint optimization problem of cyber and physical resources.The model is solved by using column and constraint generation algorithm.The numerical results indicate that the proposed approach can balance cyber and physical resources,significantly reduce the communication burden of flexible loads,alleviate the communication bandwidth tension during peak periods,and greatly reduce real-time balance costs.The method achieves a coordinated trade-off between economic efficiency and robustness while ensuring the service quality of balance ancillary services.
