摘  要:为研究绝缘纸微观孔隙结构对其浸渍与击穿特性的影响规律,该文采用静电纺丝技术,以聚酰亚胺(polyimide,PI)为原料,通过改变纺丝电压制备不同孔隙的PI绝缘纸,对不同纺丝电压下制备的绝缘纸孔隙结构、浸渍速率以及击穿场强进行了表征与测试。结果显示:随纺丝电压升高,PI绝缘纸的中值孔径减小,孔隙率增加,浸渍速率加快,油浸纸击穿场强上升,最多可达40.35%。分析表明:提高纺丝电压可改变PI绝缘纸的孔隙结构,减小孔径,增加孔隙率,进而提高PI纸的浸渍速率与油纸亲和性,使PI油浸纸浸渍更充分,进而减少内部缺陷,提高击穿场强。在制备油纸绝缘用新型绝缘纸时,应考虑绝缘纸孔隙结构对油纸绝缘浸渍与击穿特性的影响,以获得更高的击穿场强。To study the influence of the micro-porous structure of insulating paper on its impregnation and breakdown characteristics,this paper uses electrostatic spinning technology and takes polyimide as the raw material.By changing the spinning voltage,PI insulating paper with different pore structures is prepared.The pore structure,impregnation rate,and breakdown field strength of the insulating paper prepared under different spinning voltages are characterized and tested.The results show that as the spinning voltage increases,the median pore size of PI insulation paper decreases,the porosity increases,the impregnation rate accelerates,and the breakdown field strength of oil immersed paper increases up to 40.35%.Analysis indicates that increment of the spinning voltage can change the pore structure of PI insulation paper,reducing the pore size and increasing the porosity,thereby improving the impregnation rate and oil-paper affinity of PI paper,making PI oil immersed paper more fully impregnated and reducing its internal defects,and thus improving the breakdown field strength of the oil-impregnated paper.When new insulating paper is prepared and used with insulating oil,the influence of the pore structure of the insulating paper on the impregnation and breakdown characteristics of the oil-paper insulation should be considered to obtain a higher breakdown field strength.
