城镇不同水源非居民用水超定额累进加价制度管理探析

摘　　要：从体制机制、法规依据、征收主体、加价项目、加价费用性质、加价用途等方面,对城镇不同水源非居民用水超定额累进加价制度开展对比分析,在此基础上提出了针对性的改进建议,为完善城镇非居民用水超定额累进加价制度并充分发挥其实效提供参考。A comparative analysis of the over-quota progressive markup system of non-residential water use from different water sources in cities and towns was carried out from aspects such as system and mechanism,legal basis,collection subjects,markup items,the nature of markup fees,and the uses of markup fees.On this basis,specific improvement suggestions were put forward to provide references for improving the over-quota progressive markup system of non-residential water use in cities and towns and giving full play to its actual effects.
