摘  要:江阴市是典型的平原河网地区,基于乡村振兴战略要求与地方治理需求,依托国家水系连通及水美乡村试点开展农村水系综合整治,极大促进了水生态环境不断改善和河湖功能健康完整。以江阴市水系连通及水美乡村试点建设为例,剖析试点县水系存在的问题,提出水系综合治理思路与措施,分析建设成效,总结其设计理念、管理模式等方面的治理经验与特色。提出农村水系综合整治的思路与建议,为今后其他农村平原河网地区进一步开展水系综合整治提供参考和借鉴。Jiangyin City is a typical plain river network area.Based on the requirements of rural revitalization strategy and local governance needs,relying on national water system connectivity and water beauty rural pilot projects to carry out comprehensive rural water system improvement,it has greatly promoted the continuous improvement of water ecological environment and the healthy and complete function of rivers and lakes.Taking the pilot construction of water system connectivity and beautiful water villages in Jiangyin City as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the water system of pilot counties,proposes comprehensive water system management ideas and measures,analyzes the construction effectiveness,and summarizes the governance experience and characteristics in terms of design concepts,management models,and other aspects.The ideas and suggestions for comprehensive improvement of rural water systems are proposed,which can provide references and experiences for further carrying out comprehensive renovation of water systems in other rural plain river network areas in the future.
